Rainy Afternoon

Sunny Afternoon

It was a lovely sunny day today and mom let us lay out on the back porch while she watered our flowers.

I ate and almost destroyed mom's flowers but luckily she's not so bad at growing them that they came back with a lot of colors!

Then this bird is nesting in mom's hanging flower. She kept trying to get it to stop but it keeps nesting behind her Cobalt blue Primulas. So to save us from dive bombing (that's what dad calls it) she moved her hanging plant to the far end of the back porch so we're out of their way!

Football Dog!

I don't know where mom got it, but she found a nerf football! I like it a lot because I can grip it with my mouth but it bounces and moves like a regular ball!?! I've been playing fetch with mom during the sleeting/raining weather. Wonder if there's a school or a team who needs a cute new mascot!

Why Mom? Why?

Today Mom made us trot 9.25 miles with her this morning. I'm a dog, not a Gazelle! I'm an animal built for speed, the hunt (like katz and squirrels) and long naps... not running the distance!?! If she wanted that, why not get something designed for that... like a horse!?!

Public Enemy #2: Orange Tabby

This kitty likes to hang out around our house, dig holes near our bushes, roll in the sun on our drive way and mom won't give just a chance to go get him. This bad kitty is a menace to society and needs a good bath!
