Weird Ball in Yard!?!

Mom and Nala found this weird ball in our yard! We don't know how to play with it or what it is for... Mom kept kicking it but its too big to pick up with a mouth!?!

Weird Ball

What do we do with it?

It smells kind of funny. It doesn't have fur on it like our other balls!?!

New Toy

So Mama lost my favorite toy/treat dispenser. But because she was feeling bad, she got me one new toy last night.  Unfortunately for Mom, I'm food motivated and it took me 5 minutes to figure this new toy out. (It took Nala 10 with smaller treats)

This is Jolly Pets Monster Mouth 4" for Medium to Large Dogs
Nala working on the first New Toy.
Nala concentrating really hard!

Today Mama got me "Linkables" and I'm not having an easy time getting my treats out! (In my defense it's my first time and there are no big holes just a few little ones.  This just means when it's rainy out, mom has something for us to work on!

What's that Tanner? ~ Nala

Tanner working REALLY hard!
But we'd like a moment of silence for our missing friend. Hopefully we'll find you!

New Dog Park

Today mom took us to Issaquah to do a good deed (she donated blood) and we went too! We also tried out a new dog park! Mom likes to try out dog parks near her favorite places that way she knows where she can bring us along too!
The Dog park is about 200 feet down the road from this sign!

Tanner LOVES the tall grass!

Nala loves FREEDOM!

Look more space over here!

Mom likes that there's a gazebo for her (and us) if the sun was out!

Gazebo plus a small dog area at the far end.  A few benches to sit on if parents get tired!

Look more tall grass!

Tanner loving on tall grass!

There's a doggy water fountain, right next to a people fountain!

Some signs outside the  dog park!

Tanner's New Moon Chair

Mom and Dad got Me (Tanner) a new moon chair!  I took over my parents' chair a few years ago... and then it got all mildewy so they had to get rid of it!  I've been without a chair for a while but look what they returned home with after going shopping! It's a new chair for me!

My old chair!

New Chair! Not as big as my old but ALL MINE!

Nala isn't too thrilled with my new chair!

Happy 4th of July!

Now we'll admit that we're not big fans of this day. Not that humans shouldn't be happy about their Independence but the fireworks are another story! Really do we need them EVERYWHERE? Some of us (at least Nala and Tanner) are trying to relax and get some rest.

The poppers started early this morning but that's to be expected on such a day!  But Mom got up and put some clothes on and took us away from the noise! We went on a few trips to tire us out before the worst of the festivities begins.  We started at Starbucks (Dad needed his Venti Americano) and our day started at the Reber Ranch Dog Park!  Afterwards, we hit Lake Wilderness for a little swimming and grass rolling and ended up at Issaquah's Petco because Poo Poo Point trail was crazy busy! Mom got Nala a calming collar which seems to be helpful in the house (that and all the pre-popper stuff)  so now we're chillin' couch-side napping our afternoon away.  There are some scary noises out there but at least we have our Mom and Dad and that seems to be helping a lot!

That turquoise collar is the calming thing. Even if the pheromone isn't working, the Lavendar Chamomile smell probably helps Nala some.

This morning was too much excitement for us!

Hope you all have a safe 4th of July!  Stay away from poppers and always go back to you Humoms and dads!
