New Puzzle Toy

Mom got us another puzzle toy... needless to say it doesn't take us long to figure them out. We only pretend to not be smart so when Mom puts treats in the "smart" toys we get them real fast!  We got her tricked real good!

Nosy Neighbors!

We're very aware of what's going on in our neighborhood. We are good members of the neighborhood watch... we watch EVERYTHING...  the birds, the cats, other dogs, as well as all our neighbors. Those pesky skate boarders and high schoolers who think walking in the middle of the road is safe. 

We also watch these unusual characters....

We have very nice birds!  This one scares our dad sometimes!

3 Days of SNOW!!!

We love snow but this week was CRAZY!  The trees were falling, we had no magic light or heat!! Mom was watching her nük, which somehow allowed her to read a book with a night light. She did some knitting, dad kept the fire going and kept the drive way shoveled. He took Tanner with him last night to check out the and we saw flashing lights in the sky. The news later said it was transformers going. It was all kind of scary! Especially when the trees started falling!

In the beginning there were flurries!

They were easy enough to run thru...

But snow fell and people started salting and icing...

So mom put us in silly balloons to keep from getting hurt!?!

We braved the elements...

To dig up some fun (and find our silly ball)!

But we came up empty... our ball is lost!

But dad made magic balls that was like snow but round!

It disappeared when it hit the ground. We couldn't find it anywhere!

No matter how long and hard we dug!  

After playing, we need to get warmed up and get ready for Seattle Sounder season.
(Mom just wanted us in scarves for a photo op)

Another morning on the hu-bed to take "rest our eyes" (as dad would say) Dad makes a wonderful pillow, everyone should get a Dad!

Merry Christmas #2

Today was our family's Christmas!  Having a merchant marine dad means that sometimes we don't celebrate holidays on time! 10 days late isn't so bad...

Happy New Year!!

It's the first post of 2012... holy cow that means Tanner's 3rd Birthday is in 5 more days (he shares it with our hu-mom) maybe he'll be better behaved by then and won't get me in trouble as much.

Daddy's Home!

Mom took us to the airport to pick up our dad this morning (0700) way before breakfast!!!  We were really happy to see him! Can you tell?
